摘要
以压床六杆机构为研究对象,通过SolidWorks的工程图模块进行参数化图解法分析计算,得到任意时刻的结构尺寸图解,速度矢量图解,加速度矢量图解,利用SolidWorks的Motion模块进行仿真,得到位移、速度和加速度与时间的关系曲线。图解法与一般的解析法求解相比,大大减少了计算工作量和设计时间,Motion仿真比图解法更加方便,设计人员只需要通过对若干个参数的调整即可快速获得运动学与动力学结果。
In this paper,the six-bar press mechanism is taken as the research object,and the structural dimension diagram,velocity vector diagram and acceleration vector diagram at any time can be obtained by parameterized graphical analysis and calculation with SolidWorks engineering drawing module.The relationship curve of displacement,velocity and acceleration with time can be obtained by simulation with SolidWorks Motion module.Compared with the general analytical method,the graphical method greatly reduces the calculation workload and design time.Motion simulation is more convenient than graphical method.The designers can get the kinematics and dynamics results quickly by adjusting several parameters.
