埋地天然气管网土壤腐蚀的风险分析 被引量:4

摘要 随着埋地天然气管网运行时间的增加,防腐材料逐渐老化和土壤环境的恶化,埋地天然气管网受土壤腐蚀的风险越来越大,给城市安全构成严重威胁。为了对埋地天然气管网土壤腐蚀作出准确的风险预测,分析了导致埋地天然气管网土壤腐蚀的五种主要影响因素:电阻率、氧化还原电位、含水量、含盐量、土壤pH值。通过计算五种风险评价因子的风险隶属度函数,得出各风险评价因子的风险指标,运用层次分析法计算五种风险评价因子的权重,从而得到埋地天然气管网土壤腐蚀的风险预测图像。根据计算结果,对埋地天然气管网土壤腐蚀作出风险预测,为埋地天然气管网的工程防护提供了依据。 With the increase of the running time of buried natural gas pipeline network,the aging of anti-corrosion materials and the intensification of soil environment,the soil corrosion risk of buried natural gas pipeline network is increasing,posing a serious threat to urban safety.In order to make accurate risk prediction for soil corrosion of buried natural gas pipeline network,five main influencing factors causing soil corrosion of buried natural gas pipeline network are analyzed,including resistivity,redox potential,water content,salt content,and soil pH value.The risk membership function of five risk assessment factors is calculated to obtain each risk index of the evaluation factor,and the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to calculate the weight of five risk assessment factors,so as to obtain the risk prediction image of the soil corrosion of buried natural gas pipeline network.According to the calculation results,the risk prediction of the soil corrosion of buried natural gas pipeline network is obtained,which provides basis for the engineering protection of buried natural gas pipeline network.
