摘要
企业转型升级的过程实际上就是供应链的重塑和整合过程。新常态下,经济发展方式是由规模速度向质量效率型转变的,江苏制造业急需进行企业运营模式的快速转变。近几年,信息技术的发展也为江苏制造业转型升级提供了重要的契机,同时也形成了倒逼的压力。文章根据江苏制造业的现状及问题,分析当前经济“新常态”形势,结合信息技术的发展状况,探究江苏制造业在转型升级过程中供应链整合与创新的途径及方法,为相关决策者提供参考。
The process of transformation and upgrading of enterprises is actually the process of reshaping and integrating the supply chain.Under the new economic normal,the way of the economic development is changing from scale speed to quality efficiency.The manufacturing industry in Jiangsu needs of rapid transformation of enterprise operation mode urgently.In recent years,the development of information technology provides an important opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu's manufacturing industry,and also put pressure on it.According to the current situation and problems of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu.By analyzing the current economic“new normal”situation and combining the development status of information technology,we explore the ways and methods of supply chain integration and innovation in the transformation and upgrading process of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu.So as to provide reference for decision makers.
