摘要
高校学生志愿服务专业化发展既是新形势下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要途径,又是推动青年志愿服务改革的现实需要。作者从健全的组织机构、常效的运行机制、较强的专业支撑、广泛的社会影响等四个方面来界定高校学生志愿服务专业化的内涵。通过问卷调查和数据分析,梳理当前高校学生志愿服务专业化发展存在的问题,如与学生专业结合不紧、专业培训力度不够、评价反馈机制不健全、综合性组织较多、内部管理机制不健全、社会合作不够、经费保障不足、活动碎片化开展等。在此基础上,作者以湖北大学沙湖环保志愿队为例,从工作项目化、运作常态化、建设社会化、评价科学化、宣传全媒化等五个方面提出了高校学生志愿服务专业发展的现实路径。
The professional development of college students'volunteer service is not only an important way to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students under the new situation,but also a realistic need to promote the reform of youth volunteer service.The author defines the connotation of college students'volunteer service specialization from four aspects:sound organization,regular operation mechanism,strong professional support and extensive social influence.Through questionnaires and data analysis,we sort out the problems existing in the professional development of college students'volunteer service,such as lack of professional integration with students,insufficient professional training,inadequate evaluation feedback mechanism,more comprehensive organizations,inadequate internal management mechanisms,insufficient social cooperation,insufficient funding guarantees,and fragmentation of activities.On this basis,the author takes the Shahu Environmental Protection Volunteer Team of Hubei University as an example,and puts forward the professional development of college students'volunteer service from five aspects:work projectization,normal operation,construction socialization,scientific evaluation,and publicity.
