摘要
通过研究生长季节追肥对紫叶李生长和保护酶活性的影响规律,以期为栽培中科学合理追肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置追肥量分别为0g/株(CK,N1)、8.60 g/株(N2)、17.20 g/株(N3)、25.80 g/株(N4)4个处理,随机区组试验设计,3次重复。结果表明:N3枝条生长量比N2提高了55.64%,低于N4处理10.21%;5-9月N3处理CAT活性分别比N2提高了10.37%、8.64%、6.17%、9.06%、11.97%,N4与N3之间无显著差异;6、9月N3处理POD活性分别较N4提高了6.28%、3.39%,7-8月分别比N2提高了21.03%、15.61%;5、6、9月N3 SOD活性分别较N4提高了4.65%、3.55%、3.09%,7-8月N3分别比N2提高了7.42%、6.45%。综合分析认为,紫叶李生长季节建议追肥量为17.20 g/株。
In order to study the effects of topdressing on growth and protective enzyme activities of Prunus Cerasifera Ehrhar f.atropurpurea(Jacq.)Rehd.in growing season,and then it want to provid the theoretical basis for scientific and rational topdressing fertilizer in cultivation.The experiment was conducted under field conditions,setting up 4 topdressing amount which as 0g/plant(CK,N1),8.60 g/plant(N2),17.20 g/plant(N3),25.80 g/plant(N4),randomized block design and then repeated three times.The results show that:N3 branch increment was higher than N2 by 55.64%,and then it was lower than N4 by10.21%;N3 treatment CAT activity was higher than N2 by 10.37%,8.64%,6.17%,9.06%,11.97%when in May to September,there was no significant difference between N4 and N3;N3 treatment POD activity was higher than N4 by 6.28%,3.39%when in June and September,at the same time,it was higher than N2 by 21.03%and 15.61%when in July to August;N3 treatment SOD activity was higher than N4 by 4.65%,3.55%,3.09%when in May,June and September,N3 was higher than N2 by 7.42%and 6.45%.According to the comprehensive analysis,the recommended topdressing amount is 17.20 g/plant for p Cerasifera Ehrhar f.atropurpurea(Jacq.)Rehd.in growing season.
