研究生教育与区域经济发展耦合协调度研究——基于省域视角及31个省(市、区)的截面数据 被引量:18

摘要 基于2017年全国31个省(市、区)的截面数据,对其研究生教育和区域经济进行因子分析,并根据因子得分进行排序和计算位次差。结果显示:从整体上来看,各地区的研究生教育水平与经济发展呈正相关关系,经济发达地区的研究生教育发展质量也相对较高;耦合协调度较高的省域有18个,水平一般的有8个,较差的有5个;东、中、西部地区之间的研究生教育和区域经济发展耦合协调度由高至低按东—中—西分布。各地区要不断提升提高经济投入向人才培养水平转化的能力,以及人才资源向生产水平转化的能力,促进教育公平和社会公正,实现研究生教育与区域经济之间的良性互动。 Based on the cross-sectional data of 2017 in 31 provinces(cities and districts)in China,factor analysis was conducted about graduate education and regional economy and the sub-level differences were calculated according to the factor score.The results show that,on the whole,the level of postgraduate education in various regions is positively correlated with the economic development,with a relatively higher quality of graduate education development in economically developed areas.Higher coupling coordination can be found in 18 provinces,average 8 and worse 5.The coupling coordination of graduate education and regional economic development in the eastern,western and central regions distributes from high to low in the way of east-central-west.All regions should continuously enhance the ability of transforming the increase in economic input to that of talent cultivation and the ability to transform talent resources to production level so as to promote the educational equity and social justice,and realize the positive interaction between graduate education and regional economy.
