摘要
目的:评估河南省某医院心血管内科专业各科室的医疗服务能力,为医院构建绩效管理评价体系提供理论依据。方法:依据CN-DRG分组方案,对比常规指标、DRG指标在心血管内科6个病区服务产能、效率、安全等方面的差异,得出各病区综合得分及排名。结果:两种绩效考核方式下,各病区排名存在较大差异,DRG指标反映的结果更为科学、客观。结论:医院可根据实际需要,建立基于DRG的绩效考核指标体系,同时规范病案首页填写,完善信息化建设,确保数据完整、准确,为医院推进DRG应用打好基础。
Objective To assess the medical service capabilities of various departments of cardiovascular medicine in a hospital in Henan Province,and to provide a theoretical basis for the hospital to construct a performance management evaluation system.Methods According to the CN-DRG grouping plan,the differences in the service capacity,efficiency and safety in the six departments of cardiology were compared with the conventional indicators and DRG indicators.Finally,the comprehensive scores and rankings of each department were obtained.Results Under the two performance appraisal methods,there were significant differences in the rankings of the departments.The results reflected by the DRG indicators were more scientific and objective.Conclusion The hospital can establish a performance appraisal indicator system based on DRG according to actual needs,and at the same time standardize the medical record homepage,improve the information construction,ensure the data is complete and accurate,and lay a good foundation for the hospital to promote DRG application.
