摘要
甲状旁腺激素Ⅰ型受体(PTH1R)是广泛表达于成骨细胞和骨细胞中的基本细胞因子,在维持骨骼完整、维持骨内平衡、调节钙磷代谢等方面发挥重要作用。PTH1R可通过多种途径调节骨重塑,进而预防应力性骨折的发生。有效预防应力性骨折的发生,对于士兵、运动员等具有重要意义。在此,我们简要综述与预防应力性骨折密切相关的PTH1R的研究进展,以期为应力性骨折的临床预防提供参考。
Parathyroid hormone typeⅠreceptor(PTH1R)is a basic cytokine widely expressed in osteoblasts and osteocyte,which plays an important role in maintaining bone integrity,maintaining bone homeostasis,and regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism.PTH1R can regulate bone remodeling through various ways to prevent the occurrence of stress fractures.Effective prevention of stress fractures is of great significance to soldiers and athletes.In this paper we reviewed the research progress of PTH1R,which is closely related to the prevention of stress fractures,in order to provide references for the clinical prevention of stress fractures.
