摘要
随着我国机械制造行业的不断发展,我国的大批量机械被应用于各个行业之中,润滑油也越来越被人们所重视。在机械的使用过程中,润滑油可以保护机械的某些零件,在不同的零件之间起到润滑作用;防止零件生锈;降低机械部件之间因摩擦产生的温度;对生锈部位进行密封;对使用部分之间起到缓冲等作用。抗乳化性能是评价润滑油质量优劣的重要指标之一,根据研究得知,水分含量与抗乳化性有着非常密切的关系,如果润滑油中含有水分,那么润滑油在使用过程中所形成的油膜就会被水分所破坏,从而会破坏润滑油的所有特性,所以需要对润滑油进行抗乳化性能方面的评测。主要对润滑油的抗乳化性能的评价及优化进行分析。
With the continuous development of China’s machinery manufacturing industry,China’s high-volume machinery is used in various industries,and lubricants are increasingly being valued by people.During the use of machinery,lubricating oil can protect certain parts of the machine,play a role in lubrication between different parts;prevent parts from rusting;reduce the temperature caused by friction between mechanical parts;seal the rust parts;play a role in buffering between the use parts.Antiemulsification performance is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of a lubricating oil.According to the research,the moisture content has a very close relationship with the anti-emulsification.If the lubricating oil contains moisture,the lubricating oil is in use.The oil film formed will be destroyed by moisture,which will destroy all the characteristics of the lubricating oil,so we need to evaluate the anti-emulsification performance of the lubricating oil.It mainly evaluates and optimizes the anti-emulsification performance of lubricating oil.
