摘要
为解决叠堆式压电陶瓷行程短的问题[1],现结合液压放大原理,提出一种膜式液压放大式压电驱动器,对此进行结构设计。在此基础上,提出一种新型3-RPR并联机构,对此结构进行基于NX的虚拟样机的搭建,完成系统仿真。
In order to solve the problem of short travel of stacked piezoelectric ceramics,a new type of piezoelectric actuator with membrane hydraulic amplification is proposed based on the principle of hydraulic amplification.On this basis,a new type of 3-RPR parallel mechanism is proposed.The virtual prototype based on NX is built to complete the system simulation.
