摘要
“传统企业的数字经济转型与互联网的深度融合”是近年来学术界和实务界关注的焦点问题。本文以国有外贸服务企业“广新集团”为例,从平台战略与组织变革的视角,剖析其战略转型的过程,打开了传统企业数字经济转型的“黑箱”。通过双平台战略和有效的平台管理,广新集团以“台主+链主”的双重身份,实现了在内外两层平台生态圈中的夹层定位,实现了全球价值链横向的深度嵌入升级以及全球价值链纵向的深度嵌入升级;实现了组织变革与平台战略的相辅相成;支撑了组织的平台生态圈建设,推动了企业的战略转型和动态能力的生成。文章建议传统企业应建立正确的数字经济战略转型观念,有效利用自身的资源和能力,专注于平台模式下的夹层定位,并充分重视自身组织变革的过程。
In recent years,the topic of"the transformation of digital economy of traditional enterprises and the deep integration of the Internet"has been the focus of academic and practical circles.Taking Guangxin Group,a state-owned foreign trade service enterprise,as an example,this paper analyzes the process of strategic transformation from the perspective of platform strategy and organizational change,and opens up the"black box"of the digital economic transformation of traditional enterprises.Through the dual platform strategy and effective platform management,with the dual identity of"platform master and chain master",Guangxin Group realizes the mezzanine positioning in the inner and outer platform ecosystem,and realizes the horizontal and vertical deep embedding upgrades of the global value chain;realizes the complementarity between the organizational change and the platform strategy;supports the construction of platform ecosystem and promotes the strategic transformation and dynamic capability of enterprises.In conclusion,the paper suggests that traditional enterprises should establish the correct concept of digital economic transformation,effectively use their own resources and capacities,focus on the mezzanine positioning under the platform model,and pay full attention to the process of organizational change.
