摘要
结合相关语言测试及心理测量学理论对贵州省2015-2018年各市(自治州)的28套英语中考试题进行考察,研究发现,试题从整体上体现了国家对初中毕业生的英语能力要求,关注学生核心素养,但“知识-技能”取向明显,地区差异较大,不能完全对学生的核心素养进行彻底有效的“国标”检验,信、效度有待进一步提高。该文指出,中考英语测试应与“整体外语教育理念”动态对接,努力实现测评的“苹果”目标(APPLE targets)。
In light of language testing and relevant psychometric theories,we investigated 28 English test papers in Guizhou province’s high school entrance examination and found that these papers meet the national standards under the“knowledge-skill”framework and thereby focus more on testing basic language skills as well as specific language points which may not be fully able to test students’core competencies.Therefore,we demonstrate in the research that English test of this kind needs to dynamically echo the requirements and vision in the Holistic Approach to FLT and realize the APPLE targets.
