摘要
根据浮法玻璃高温熔体的流体特性,采用物理模拟的试验方法,探索了在浮法玻璃生产过程中,熔窑卡脖水包插入深度变化对玻璃熔窑池炉内玻璃熔体的流动状态、流动速度、重点部位的温度等主要工况的影响规律,为浮法玻璃生产中合理调整卡脖水包的插入深度提供指导。
According to float glass melt flow characteristics,using the physical simulation test method.This paper explores the influence of the variations of bayonet plug and insertion depth on the flow state,flow velocity and temperature of key parts of the glass melt in the glass melting furnace,so as to provide guidance for the reasonable adjustment of bayonet plug insertion depth in float glass production.It provides guidance for adjusting the insertion depth of the water bag in float glass production.
