摘要
煤矿提升设备过去采用计划定期人工检修策略,而设备故障的随机性,不能通过细而密的定期维修得到解决,需要掌握设备的实时运行状态,根据设备的实时运行状态和故障情况来决定维修策略,因此开发了一种基于DSP信号采集处理的提升机监测诊断系统。
Coal mine hoisting equipment used to adopt planned periodic manual maintenance strategy,but the randomness of equipment failure can not be solved through detailed and regular maintenance.It is necessary to grasp the real-time operation status of equipment and decide maintenance strategy according to the real-time operation status and fault situation of equipment.Therefore,a kind of maintenance strategy based on DSP is developed.Hoist monitoring and diagnosis system for signal acquisition and processing.
