摘要
针对X波段高功率信号功率合成/分配需求,提出一种基于波导结构、集成波导-微带转换的功率分配/合成网络。将4路波导功分/合成器和波导-微带转换探针进行级联,并借助三维电磁仿真软件设计优化。实测结果表明,在f 0±0.55 GHz频段内,4个输出端口幅度一致性优于±0.35 dB,相位一致性优于±3.5°,幅度一致性和相位一致性良好,满足工程应用需求。
A power distribution/combination network is proposed based on the waveguide structure and waveguide-to-microstrip transition to reflect the X-band high-power microwave power distribution/combination requirements.The four-way waveguide power divider/combiner cascading the waveguide-to-microstrip transition probe is designed and optimized via the HFSS software.The test results show that the consistency of amplitude and phase of four output ports is less than±0.35 dB and±3.5°respectively within the band of f 0±0.55 GHz,which can meet the requirement of engineering applications.
