摘要
风险管理是供热系统安全管理的重要环节。根据城市供热系统的运行特征,供热系统中的三个关键环节为热源(锅炉房)、换热站和热网。本文选用作业条件危险性评价法(LEC)对辨识得出的供热系统中的各项危险源开展风险评价和风险分级,为探讨适合供热行业的风险评价方法提供借鉴。评价分级结果对供热企业的风险防控、安全管理工作具有指导意义。
Risk management is an important link in the safety management of heating system.According to the operation characteristics of urban heating system,the three key links in the heating system are heat source(boiler room),heat exchange station and heat network.In this paper,the LEC method is used to carry out risk assessment and risk classification for the identified hazards in the heating system,which provides a reference for exploring the risk assessment methods suitable for the heating industry.The results of evaluation and classification have guiding significance for risk prevention and control and safety management of heating enterprises.
