非规则表面瓶体逆向创新设计研究

摘要 采取逆向方法对整体外形为回转体、表面存在非规则凹凸起伏的瓶体进行创新设计时,可以借鉴原有瓶体艺术性,同时提高设计效率。文章介绍了针对此类造型瓶体进行逆向设计时需要注意的一些问题。采用Geomagic Design X软件中的自动曲面拟合功能,根据造型调整拟合网格,能达到十分理想的拟合效果,重构模型偏差在允许范围内,模型创建效果非常理想。 When using the reverse method to carry on the innovative design of the bottle body whose overall shape is rotary and the surface has irregular concave and convex ups and downs,we can draw lessons from the artistry of the original bottle body and improve the design efficiency at the same time.This paper introduces some problems that should be paid attention to in the reverse design of this kind of bottle body.Using the automatic surface fitting function of Geomagic Design X software and adjusting the fitting mesh according to the shape,the fitting effect can be achieved.The deviation of the reconstructed model is within the allowable range,and the effect of model creation is very satisfying.
