脱水柱-吸附柱自动液液萃取紫外法测定水中石油类 被引量:4

摘要 自动液液萃取仪萃取水样,利用无水硫酸钠脱水柱脱去有机相中的水,通过硅酸镁吸附柱吸附萃取液中的动植物油类等极性物质后用紫外分光光度法测定石油类含量。该分析方法准确性和精密性良好,操作简便,分析用时短,可满足大批量样品的分析。 The water sample was extracted by automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument,the water in the organic phase was removed by anhydrous sodium sulfate dehydration column,and the polar substances such as animal and plant oil in the extract were absorbed by magnesium silicate adsorption column.The content of petroleum was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The analysis method has the advantages of good accuracy and precision,simple operation,short analysis time,and can meet the analysis of a large number of samples.
