摘要
吊装作业是海洋石油十大高风险作业之一,为有效遏制海上石油吊装作业事故的发生,主要从吊装作业存在的人、物、环境和管理四个主要危险因素入手,应用事故调查与根源分析技术分析了海洋石油吊装作业过程中事故发生的原因,并基于圆盘漏洞理论从人、机、料、法、环五个方面提出相应的风险控制措施,可供海洋石油其他高风险作业提供借鉴和参考。
Hoisting operation is one of the top ten high-risk operations of offshore oil.In order to effectively curb the occurrence of accidents in offshore oil hoisting operations,it mainly starts with the four main risk factors of people,objects,environment and management in hoisting operations.Using the technology of accident investigation and root cause analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of the accident in the process of offshore oil hoisting,and puts forward the corresponding risk control measures from the five aspects of man,machine,material,method and ring based on the disk loophole theory.It can be used as a reference for other high-risk operations of offshore oil.
