含分布式光纤的变压器油热老化特征量研究 被引量:2

摘要 分布式光纤传感器常敷设在变压器绕组外,用以提高变压器运行状态监测的灵敏度。但光纤护套材料老化会直接影响绝缘油的可靠性和使用寿命。通过选择以热塑性聚酯弹性体(thermoplastic polyester elastomer ethylene,TPEE)和乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ethylene tetra fluoro ethylene,ETFE)作为护套的两类特种光纤,在130℃变压器油中进行加速热老化缩比试验,对油的体积电阻率、介质损耗因数、油色谱、微水、酸值进行测试。试验发现含TPEE和ETFE光纤油样的热老化特征指标极其相近,无法整体评估含纤绝缘油的热老化程度。为此,基于改进主成分分析法,对两类含纤油样热老化的各种特征指标进行综合评估。结果表明:提取的绝缘油综合主分量消除了各热老化特征指标的量纲与数量级影响,并有效地解释绝缘油热老化程度的总变异趋势,提高了分析的精确度。最终得出在长期使用中的ETFE光纤对变压器油的影响程度会低于TPEE光纤,与间接采用扫描电镜的观察光纤护套的老化结果吻合。 Distributed optical fiber sensors are laid outside the transformer windings to improve the sensitivity of transformer operation monitoring.However,aging sheath of directly affects the reliability and service life of the transformer oil.Therefore,two kinds of optical fibers TPEE and ETFE were selected and tested in the transformer oil at 130℃.The oil volume resistivity,dielectric loss factor,oil dissolved gas,water and acid value were detected in the oil.The experimental analysis shows that thermal aging characteristics of oil with sheathed in TPEE and ETFE are very similar,and it is not possible to assess the overall thermal aging degree of oil by them.Thence,based on the improved principal component analysis,various characteristics of two type oil with optical fiber were evaluates.The results show that the extracted principal component of the insulating oil eliminates the dimensionality and magnitude effects of each thermal aging characteristic index,effectively explains the total variation trend of thermal aging degree of insulating oil,and improves the accuracy of the analysis.Finally,it is concluded that fiber sheathed with ETFE in long-term use has less influence on oil than fiber sheathed with TPFE,which is the same as the corollary aging results of the optical fiber sheath observed with a scanning electron microscope.
