摘要
采用双氧水为发泡剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为稳泡剂,制备了焚烧底灰(bottom ash,BA)和偏高岭土(metaraolin,MK)为原料的地质聚合物发泡材料。对BA掺量与焚烧底灰-偏高岭土基地质聚合物的孔隙率、体积密度、抗压抗折强度、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像和X射线衍射(XRD)等性能进行了研究。结果表明,这些性能数据具有很大的关联性。30%的BA掺量,体积密度为0.341 g/cm^3,孔隙率为46%,此掺量下地质聚合物的综合性能较好,抗压强度为2.3 MPa,抗折强度为0.63 MPa。
Geopolymer foaming materials were prepared from the incineration bottom ash(BA)and metakaolin(MK)as raw materials,sodium silicate as the activator,hydrogen peroxide solution as the foaming agent and sodium dodecylsulphate as the foam stabilizer.The effects of BA content on the porosity,viscosity,volume density,compressive and flexural strength,SEM and XRD of the base polymer were studied.The results show that,with 30%BA content,the volume density is 0.341 g/cm 3,the porosity is 46%.The geological polymer has a good comprehensive performance with a compressive strength of 2.3 MPa and a flexural strength of 0.63 MPa.
