摘要
目的寻找能够提升远程医疗在医生及患者群体中推广效率的途径,促进远程医疗的发展。方法使用演化博弈的方法,构建医生与患者行为选择的演化博弈模型,通过对初始选择概率、医生补贴、患者补贴、远程医疗诊费4个方面的模拟,探究医生与患者的行为选择,并分析其影响效果。结果双方初始态度对最终的演化结果有明显影响,患者补贴对最终结果的影响要大于医生补贴。结论为提升博弈双方对远程医疗的接受度提出建议:加大对远程医疗的宣传,政府为其背书,增加对双方的补贴,降低远程医疗诊费。其中提升对患者的能够更加有效地推广远程医疗。
Objective To find a way to improve the efficiency of telemedicine in doctors and patients,promote tele medicine’s development.Methods Using the Evolutionary Game Theory,a model of doctor and patient behavior selection was constructed,and through the simulation of four aspects,including initial selection probability,doctor’s subsidy,patient’s subsidy and telemedicine consultation fee,the behavior choice of doctors and patients was explored,and the effect of the influence was analyzed.Results The initial attitude of both sides had a significant effect on the final evolu tion results,and the effect of patient subsidy on the final result was greater than doctor’s subsidy.Conclusion In order to improve the acceptance of telemedicine by both sides of the game,it is suggested that the publicity of telemedicine should be widened,the government should endorse it,the subsidy of both sides should be increased,and the consulta tion fee of telemedicine should be decreased.Among them,the improvement of patients can be more effective in pro moting telemedicine.
