摘要
在化工厂液体装卸站装车过程中,部分上装口外卖物料需要使用油气回收装置,来降低污染和油气浪费,保护装车人员的安全。然而在实际使用过程中,经常出现真空泵高温、油气吸附慢等问题,不仅影响安全生产,而且影响装卸效率,进一步造成罐区憋罐,甚至导致主装置停车。
During the liquid loading process of chemical plant liquid handling station,some upper loading and selling materials require oil and gas recovery devices to reduce pollution and loss of oil and gas,so as to protect the safety of loading staffs.However,in the actual use process,problems such as high temperature of vacuum pump and slow adsorption of oil and gas often occur,which not only affects produc?tion safety,but also affects loading and unloading efficiency.And gradually causing vacuum tanks in tanks area and even shutdown of main equipments.
