摘要
为研究亚硝酸盐胁迫对凡纳滨对虾的生长状况及虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)携带量的影响,探索亚硝酸盐、EHP和对虾生长三者之间的内在联系.本试验以南美白对虾为试验动物,每天调节一次水体中的亚硝酸盐含量,维持实验设定亚硝酸盐水平;每10天取一次样,统计死亡率,测定虾的生长指标和EHP携带情况.结果表明:1)亚硝酸盐10 mg/L组具有抑制EHP感染和传播的趋势,整体来看,对虾EHP携带率表现为空白组>亚硝酸盐20 mg/L组>亚硝酸盐10 mg/L组;2)EHP携带的试验虾,存活率由高到低表现为:亚硝酸盐10 mg/L>空白组>亚硝酸盐20 mg/L;3)亚硝酸盐10 mg/L组对感染EHP对虾的生长有一定的促进作用,亚硝酸盐10 mg/L组的试验虾规格大于其他两组.
In order to study the effect of nitriteon the growth and EHP content of Litopenaeus vannamei and explore the internal relationships among nitrite,EHP and the shrimp growth,Penaeus vannamei was chosen as the object,the nitrite concentration in water was adjusted every day to maintain the established level,the growth index and EHP content were measured every 10 days.The results showed that nitrite 10 mg/L had a certain inhibitory effect on EHP,and the infection rate showed that,nitrite 0.003 mg/L>nitrite 20 mg/L>nitrite 10 mg/L.The survival rate of infected EHP shrimps was nitrite 10 mg/L>nitrite 0.003 mg/L>nitrite 20mg/L.The nitrite 10 mg/L group had a certain promoting effect on the growth of infected EHP shrimps,the experimental shrimps with nitrite 10mg/L were bigger than other two groups.
