摘要
为适应总承包项目管理标准化及信息化的需要,按照“四中心+项目管理+接口与移动端”业务框架,采用面向对象模式、多层架构的技术体系建设了企业级总承包项目管理信息系统。系统包含了合同、质量、进度、健康、安全、环境等多个项目级功能模块和项目关键指标汇总分析的企业级功能模块,适用于多项目并行和多方协同参与管理,在企业十多个总承包项目中实现了全过程精细化管理,取得了显著成效。
The enterprise-level general contracting project management information system is constructed by adopting object-oriented mode and multi-layer architecture technology system according to the business framework of"four centers+project management+interface and mobile terminal"in order to meet the needs of standardization and informatization of general contracting project management.The system includes many project-level function modules of contract,quality,progress,health,safety,environment,etc.as well as enterprise-level function modules of project key indicator summary analysis.It is suitable for parallel implementation of multiple projects and multilateral collaborative participation in management.The whole process fine management is realized in more than 10 general contracting projects with remarkable achievements.
