摘要
针对中小型钣金零件产品多批次、小批量的特点,将基于中小型钣金零件的加工自动化应用到具体的智能化柔性折弯单元中,建立了由送料取料模块、折弯执行机构、钣金件对准装置、折弯机四部分组成的钣金折弯系统,实现了中小型钣金件的机器人柔性折弯生产线从无到有的突破,为机器人柔性折弯系统的发展提供了参考。
For the characteristics of multiple batches and small batches of small and medium-sized sheet metal parts,the processing automation based on small and medium-sized sheet metal parts is applied to the specific intelligent flexible bending unit,and the sheet metal bending system is established.The system consists of a feeding and reclaiming module,a bending actuator,a sheet metal aligning device and a bending machine.It realizes the breakthrough of the robot flexible bending production line of small and medium-sized sheet metal parts,which provides a reference for the development of robot flexible bending system.
