摘要
文章以上海某大厦为例,通过对其玻璃幕墙和外窗使用材料的现场检查、结构构造检查及结构承载力验算,并结合《建筑幕墙安全性能检测评估技术规程》做出综合评定,分析该建筑外立面存在的问题和安全隐患,探讨既有幕墙安全运行的对策及建议。
Taking a building in Shanghai as an example,through the on-site inspection,structural structure inspection and structural bearing capacity verification of the materials used for its glass curtain wall and the outer window,and combining the"Technical Regulations for the Assessment and Evaluation of the Safety Performance of Building Curtain Walls",this article makes a comprehensive assessment,analyzes the problems and safety hazards of the facade of the building,and explores the measures and suggestions for the safe operation of the existing curtain wall.
