摘要
采用三氯化六氨合钴浸提-分光光度法测定新疆土壤中阳离子交换量。方法检出限为0.8 cmol+/kg,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.999 8,精密度(RSD,n=6)为2.04%~7.68%,在新疆土壤样品测定中,平行样品相对偏差为0.00%~8.58%。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、操作简便,适用于新疆土壤中阳离子交换量分析。
A method was developed for determination of the cation exchange capacity in Xinjiang soils using a hexamminecobalt trichloride solution as extractant by spectrophotography.The detection limits of the method for soils were 0.8 cmol+/kg.The correlation coefficient of standard curve-r is greater to 0.999 8,and the RSD is 2.04%~7.68%(n=6).The relative deviation of parallel samples is 0.00%~8.58%in the determination of Xinjiang soil samples.The results show that the method is sensitive,accurate,simple and suitable for the determination of the cation exchange capacity in Xinjiang soils.
