摘要
屯兰选煤厂运销车间在配煤装车过程中出现煤质化验结果滞后、盲装装车等现象,造成热值浪费等问题。技术部门经选择确定采用TG800快速工业分析仪用于该煤矿运销车间煤质的快速检测,实践应用效果表明该设备能有效地提高运销车间装车合格率,节约各煤种热值,对配煤装车有很好的指导意义。
In the transportation and sales workshop of Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant,problems such as lagging of coal quality test results and blind loading exist in the process of coal blending and loading,resulting in waste of calorific value.The technical department selected and determined TG800 rapid industrial analyzer for the rapid detection of coal quality.The practical application results show that the equipment can effectively improve the qualified rate of the loading in the transportation and sales workshop,save the calorific value of different coal,and has a good guiding significance for coal blending and loading.
