摘要
为探究人口老龄化背景下护士职业倦怠、工作应激源及领悟社会支持3个变量之间的作用关系,2018年5-6月,采用分层简单随机抽样方法,对辽宁省大连市3所三级甲等综合医院的459名临床护士进行问卷调查。研究发现:护士工作应激源、领悟社会支持与职业倦怠均呈显著性相关(|r|≥0.32,P<0.01);职业倦怠影响因素模型拟合较好;护士工作应激源对领悟社会支持和职业倦怠有直接影响(P<0.01),领悟社会支持对职业倦怠有直接影响(P<0.01),工作应激源通过领悟社会支持对职业倦怠有间接影响(P<0.01);工作应激源的直接影响和间接影响及领悟社会支持的直接影响能够解释职业倦怠46.8%的变异量。管理者应减少人口老龄化所带来的护士工作场所应激源,提高社会支持水平,从而有效降低护士职业倦怠的发生率及其负面影响。
In order to explore the relationship among nurses’ job burnout,occupational stressors,perceived social support against the background of population ageing,we conducted a questionnaire survey to 459 clinical nurses in 3 Top-class Grade A general hospitals in Dalian,Liaoning from May to June,2018 using a stratified simple random sampling method.This study found that nurses’ occupational stressors,perceived social support and job burnout were significantly correlated(|r|≥0.32,P<0.01),and the model of occupational burnout influencing factors fit well.Nurse’s occupational stressors have a direct impact on perceived social support and job burnout(P<0.01);perceived social support has a direct impact on job burnout(P<0.01);occupational stressors have an indirect impact on job burnout through perceived social support(P<0.01).The direct and indirect impacts mentioned above can explain the 46.8% variation of job burnout.The managers need to reduce nurse’s occupational stressors in the work place which are related to population ageing;at the same time,they should also improve the level of social support to reduce the incidence of job burnout and its negative outcomes.
