摘要
以东部沿海地区Z省城市综合体为例,从存量与增量、空间分布和经营情况三个方面分析其城市综合体的发展现状,并总结归纳出总量结构性过剩、开发模式存隐忧、潜在风险突出以及业态模式单一化等问题。最后,基于政府公共管理视角从政策调控、规划设计、行政监管以及市场引导等四方面提出相关对策建议。
Taking the mixed-use development of Z province in the eastern coastal area as an example,this paper analyzes the status of mixed-use development from stock&increment,spatial distribution,and operation management,summarizes the problems of total structural surplus,hidden worries in development model,outstanding potential risks and simplification of business model.Finally,in the perspective of governmental administration,puts forward the suggestions focusing on policy implementing,planning programming,administrative supervision and market guiding.
