摘要
针对转叶式液压舵机系统,采用AMESim软件和Simulink软件联合仿真策略,分别建立转叶式舵机液压系统模型和舵叶水动力模型。仿真结果表明:所建立的联合仿真模型输出舵角能够较好地跟随给定舵角信号变化,满足舵角跟随的快速性和准确性要求;伺服阀开关动作会使转叶油缸的流量和压力产生脉动和震荡。
Taking the rotary vane hydraulic steering gear system as a research object,the hydraulic system model of rotary vane hydraulic steering gear and the hydrodynamic model of rudder blade are established respectively based on the co-simulation strategy of AMESim software and Simulink software.The simulation results show that the output rudder angle of co-simulation model can better track the change of given rudder angle and satisfy the fastness and accuracy required,and the switch action of the servo valve would cause pulsations and shocks on the flow and pressure of rotary vane hydraulic cylinder.
