大视场相位衬度CT转台轻量化设计 被引量:2

Lightweight Design for a Wide-field Phase Contrast CT Turntable

摘要 针对某大视场相位衬度CT实验装置转动惯量大、运动控制难、成像效率低等问题,采用有限元技术分析了原铸造转台的静动态性能,并以此作为设计约束,基于焊接结构重新对CT转台进行了轻量化设计。采用拓扑优化分析技术,对转台内腔材料分布情况进行了分析,然后根据材料拓扑结果布置了双夹层焊接形式的筋体结构。在OptiStruct中建立数学模型,以零件板厚作为设计变量,分析了板厚对转台质量、静刚度和系统一阶固有频率的灵敏度,并对转台板厚尺寸重新进行了优化匹配,最终优化后的转台相比原先转台减轻了57.6%。 Aiming at the problem of large inertia,poor motion control and low imaging efficiency of a wide-field phase contrast Computed Tomography(CT)experimental device,the static and dynamic performance of the original casting turntable is analyzed by finite element method(FEM).The result as constraint,lightweight design for the CT turntable was conducted again based on welding structure.The topology optimization method was used to analyze the distribution of material inside turntable.Sandwich welding ribs were arranged reasonably according to the topology result.Mathematical model was established in OptiStruct,in which part thickness as design variable,sensitivity of the thickness to total mass,static stiffness and first modal frequency was analyzed.Finally,parts thickness is rematched,and the optimized turntable s mass is reduced by 57.6%with respect to the original.
