摘要
采用电沉积技术在20CrMnTi齿轮钢表面制备了Ni-W/SiC复合镀层。研究发现:适当增加纳米SiC微粒的质量浓度,有利于增大沉积速率,细化Ni-W/SiC复合镀层表面的颗粒,提高NW/SiC复合镀层的硬度和耐蚀性。然而,当纳米SiC微粒的质量浓度过高时,纳米SiC微粒容易发生团聚现象。当纳米SiC微粒的质量浓度为12g/L时,Ni-W/SiC复合镀层具有最佳的机械性能和耐蚀性.
Ni-W/SiC composite coatings were prepared on the surface of 20CrMnTi gear steel.It was found that proper increasing the mass concentration of nano-SiC particles was favorable to increase the deposition rate,refine the surface particles and improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of Ni W/SiC composite coatings.However,reunion phenomenon appeared when the mass concentration of nano-SiC particles was too high.The Ni-W,/SiC composite coating prepared with 12g/L nano-SiC particles exhibited the best mechanical property and corrosion resistance.
