超临界二氧化碳再生废橡胶的性能 被引量:1

Properties of waste rubber regenerated by supercritical carbon dioxide

摘要 研究了超临界二氧化碳辅助废橡胶再生的绿色制备工艺,并考察了活化剂580的加入对再生胶的再生程度、交联网络破坏程度及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,在不加入活化剂的情况下,与不加超临界流体试样相比,当超临界流体与废橡胶的质量比为0.08/1.00时制备的再生胶,其凝胶质量分数下降了10%,门尼黏度下降了49,拉伸强度提高了23.4%,扯断伸长率提高了89%,且形成质地相对均匀的连续体。是否加入活化剂580对再生胶的性能影响不大,可在不加活化剂的情况下实现废橡胶的绿色环保再生。 The green preparation process of supercritical carbon dioxide assisted waste rubber regene-ration was studied,and the effects of activator 580 on the regeneration degree,the degree of cross-linking network damage and the micro-morphology of the regenerated rubber were investigated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of supercritical fluid to waste rubber was 0.08/1.00,the gel content of the reclaimed rubber decreased by 10%,Mooney viscosity decreased by 49,tensile strength increased by 23.4%,elongation at break increased by 89%,and a relatively uniform texture of the continuum was formed without the addition of activator.The addition of activator 580 had little effect on the properties of the regenerated rubber,and the green regeneration of waste rubber could be realized without activator.
