菜心种质资源的主成分与聚类分析 被引量:9

摘要 为了评价27份菜心种质资源的表型多样性,利用株高等8个表型性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,8个性状的平均变异系数为44.01%,主薹粗度、主薹重量、叶重和单株重等都具有较大的变异系数,表现出丰富的表型多样性,部分性状间相关性达显著水平。27份种质资源的绝大部分信息可由主薹因子和叶片因子来表示,优异种质资源表现为主薹增高、增粗和增重,叶片数量减少和重量降低。聚类分析将27份种质资源分为三大类,主要集中在第1类群,种质的遗传距离较近,表明遗传基础狭窄。第1类包括18份资源,8个性状的性状值偏低,第2类7个资源的性状值高于第1类,主薹的粗度和重量最大,第3类2个资源除了主薹的粗度和重量低于第2类外,其余性状值都是最高的。结合主成分和聚类分析可以初步判定27份种质资源的表型多样性,第2类是比较优异的种质资源。可为菜心表型多样性的研究与应用提供基本信息。 In order to evaluate the phenotypic diversity of 27 Chinese flowering cabbages,we analyzed 8 phenotypic traits by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed the average coefficient of variation of 8 traits was 44.01%.The main stalk diameter,the main stalk weight,plant weight and leaf weight had higher coefficient of variation,which showed abundant phenotypic diversity.Some traits showed significantly correlative variation.Principal component analysis showed most of information of Chinese flowering cabbages could be attributing to main stalk and leaf factors.That was to evaluate the height,to widen the diameter and gain more weight of main stalk while decrease the number and weight of leaf.Morphologically 27 cabbages were clustered into three groups.The first group had minimum value of eight factors.The second group was in middle except the main stalk diameter and the main stalk weight which were the biggest among three groups.The third group had the maximum value but the main stalk diameter and the main stalk weight were in middle.So the second group was coincidence with result of principal component analysis and exhibited excellent phenotypic diversity.These results were useful to provide the basic information for research and application of phenotypic diversity of Chinese flowering cabbages.
