摘要
开发了咪唑啉型低温焦化缓蚀剂QSTS-001,考察了其抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:油酸咪唑啉在季铵盐化后缓蚀率好于油酸缓蚀剂,且缓蚀剂的水溶性大幅度提高;加入丁炔二醇复配后制成缓蚀剂QSTS-001,其缓蚀率进一步提高,丁炔二醇最佳添加质量分数为2.0%~2.5%;当QSTS-001缓蚀剂质量浓度为90~110 mg/L时,缓蚀率可达到91%;随着温度的升高,QSTS-001缓蚀剂的缓蚀率虽有所下降,但变化的幅度不大,缓蚀率均在80%以上。
Imidazoline low temperature coking inhibitor QSTS-001 developed by Shandong Qisheng Industry and Trade Co Ltd was used to investigaTEits corrosion inhibition performance.The results showed that the corrosion inhibition raTEof imidazoline oleaTEwas better than that of oleic acid after quaternary ammonium salting,and the water solubility of the inhibitor was greatly improved.The corrosion inhibition raTEof QSTS-001 was further improved by adding 2-Butyne-1,4-diol,and the optimum mass fraction of butynediol was 2.0%-2.5%.When the mass concentration of QSTS-001 was 90-110 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition raTEcould reach 91%.Although the inhibition raTEof QSTS-001 corrosion inhibitor decreases with the increase of QSTS-001 temperature,but the change was not significant.The corrosion inhibition raTEwas above 80%,which could meet the requirements of relevant standards.
