消解法-原子吸收法测定氧化铝基催化剂中钯含量 被引量:6

Determination of palladium in alumina-based catalysts by digestion- atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 以硫酸和磷酸的混合酸为消解液,利用直接消解法-原子吸收法测定了氧化铝基催化剂中的贵金属钯元素的含量,并与微波消解法进行了对比。结果表明:2种方法的测定结果偏差均在5%以内;直接消解法具有更高的消解效率及更低的消解成本,其优化消解的条件为混合酸加入量10 mL,消解时间15 min;直接消解法的加标回收率为98.7%~101.3%,钯元素的检出限为0.029 1 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.59%。 Using mixed acid of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as the digested solution,the content of precious metal palladium in alumina-based catalyst was determined by direct digestion method-atomic absorption method,and the direct digestion method was compared with microwave digestion method.The results showed that the deviations of both methods were within 5%.The direct digestion method had higher digestion efficiency and lower digestion cost.The digestion reached optimum condition when the mixed acid adding amount was 10 mL and the digestion time 15 min.The recovery raTEof direct digestion was 98.7%-101.3%,the detection limit of palladium was 0.029 1 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation was 0.59%.
