摘要
为了深入了解我国社区教育网络学习环境的发展现状,通过对一线教育管理人员的实地访谈和北京市以京学网为代表的10个社区网络学习平台的调研,将其平台功能和网络课程的质量进行比较分析,发现北京市目前的社区网络学习环境中的平台资源建设已达到一定规模,能够为社区居民的网络学习提供一定支持,可实现多终端的学习方式。但不难发现,社区网络学习资源的质量较低,网络学习平台使用频率不高,缺乏良好的学分认证机制,区域间未建立良好的共建共享机制。基于比较结果,提出四点建议,以期为我国社区教育网络学习环境的建设提供理论指导:加快社区教育平台及资源标准建设,提高平台交互性和利用率,运用学分认证机制激励居民学习,联合多部门促进社区教育网络学习环境的共建共享。
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the development status of the community education network learning environment in China,this paper explores the platform functions and online courses through fi eld interviews with frontline education managers and 10 community online learning platforms represented by Beijing Jingxue.com.Comparing and analyzing the quality,it is found that the platform resource construction in the current community network learning environment in Beijing has reached a certain scale,which can provide certain support for the community residents’network learning and realize the multi-terminal learning mode.However,it is not diffi cult to fi nd that the quality of community network learning resources is low,the frequency of use of the network learning platform is not high,the lack of a good credit authentication mechanism,and the establishment of a good joint-sharing mechanism between regions.Based on the comparison results,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of community education network learning environment in China,this study proposes four suggestions:speed up community education platform and resource construction standards,improve platform interactivity and utilization,use credit authentication mechanism to encourage residents to learn and unite multi-sectoral promotion of community education network learning environment.
