摘要
轮枝镰刀菌(Fusarium verticillioides)是引起甘蔗梢腐病的主要病原真菌之一。利用苯胺蓝染色法,对轮枝镰刀菌分生孢子在甘蔗叶片上的侵染过程进行显微观察,发现在28℃保湿条件下,24 h分生孢子形成芽管,48 h芽管发育为菌丝,从气孔或毛状体侵入叶片,之后菌丝在气孔下腔细胞处及毛状体细胞内增殖,并缠绕在气孔及毛状体周围,然后进一步侵染周边细胞;72 h菌丝从气孔往外伸出,96 h受侵染组织坏死。
Fusarium verticillioides(abbreviated Fv)is one of the major pathogenic fungi causing pokkah boeng on sugarcane.The microscopic observation of Fv conidial infection on sugarcane leaves was carried out by staining with aniline blue.It was found that at 28℃,conidia formed bud tube at 24 h,hyphae was developed by bud tube at 48 h,invaded leaves from stomata or trichomes,and then proliferated in substomatal cavity cells and hairy body cells,and wound around the stomata and trichomes,then further spread to adjacent cells.The hyphae protruded out of the stomata at 72 h and the infected tissues of cane plant were necrotic at 96 h.
