摘要
以某越野载货汽车的制动系统为研究对象,对其管路连接方式和管路尺寸进行优化,通过整车台架对比试验,得出最优的制动系统控制方案.该方案不仅解决了前桥左右气室制动反应时间不同引起的制动跑偏问题,而且减少了后桥制动反应时间.
Taking an off-road truck as the research object,the pipeline connection mode and pipeline size are optimized,and the optimal control scheme of braking system is obtained through the comparative test of the whole vehicle bench.This scheme not only solves the braking deviation problem caused by different braking reaction time of left and right air chambers of the front axle,but also reduces the braking reaction time of the rear axle.
