摘要
目的:评价重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年1~12月在我院住院的320例普通型手足口病患儿,按照治疗方式的不同分为2组,实验组168例,对照组152例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上接受重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入,每次20万IU·Kg-1,2次/d,连续3 d。治疗后比较2组患儿的退热时间、疱疹消退时间、住院时间及重症病例、并发症、不良反应等方面的情况。结果:实验组患儿的退热时间、疱疹消退时间、住院时间及重症发生率、并发症发生率均少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗期间无严重不良反应发生。结论:干扰素雾化吸入治疗儿童手足口病具有较好的临床效果,可改善临床症状,缩短病程,减少重症病例及并发症的发生,且安全性好。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of recombinant human interferon alpha-2b erosol inhalation in the treatment of children hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:According to the different treatment plan,320 common HFMD cases in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(168 cases)and the control group(152 cases).The control group was given routine treatment.While the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment received erosol inhalation of recombinant human interferonα-2b,each time 200 000 IU·Kg-1,twice a day for 3 days.After treatment,the fever time,herpes regression time,total hospitalization time and severe cases,complications,adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the fever time,herpes regression time,total hospitalization time and the rate of severe cases,complications in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction occured during the treatment period.Conclusion:Recombinant human interferonα-2b erosol inhalation has exact curative effect and safety in the treatment of children HFMD,can improve clinical symptom,shorten disease duration,and reduce the occurrence of severe cases and complications,which worth widespread application in clinics.
