摘要
为了探讨朋辈心理辅导员胜任力与自我效能感的关系,以福建省某大学717名朋辈心理辅导员为研究对象,采用心理委员胜任力量表和自我效能感问卷进行调查。结果显示:朋辈心理辅导员胜任力水平较好,不同性别、生源地、出生次序、动机等变项对胜任力具有显著差异。朋辈心理辅导员胜任力分为边缘型、平稳型和发展型三个集群。自我效能感与胜任力呈正相关,朋辈心理辅导员的自我效能感能预测其胜任力。
This study aims to explore the relationship between peer counseling competency and self-efficacy.It takes 717 peer counselors from a university in Fujian Province as the research object,and uses the Psychological Commissioner's Competency Table and General Self-Efficacy Scale to investigate.The results show that peer counselors have better competency levels.Variables such as gender,place of origin,birth order,motivation,etc.have significant differences in competency.The peers'psychological counseling competency is divided into three groups:edge type,stable type,and development type.Self-efficacy is positively correlated with competency,and self-efficacy can predict competency.
