摘要
[目的]探讨音乐放松联合保温毯对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人低体温及应激反应的影响。[方法]将95例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术病人根据随机数字表法分为观察组48例、对照组47例,对照组病人给予常规护理,观察组病人采用音乐放松联合保温毯进行护理,比较两组病人干预后不良情绪、应激反应、低体温及并发症发生情况。[结果]干预后观察组病人焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组病人收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率、血清皮质醇低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人术后低体温、寒战、感染、苏醒延迟、躁动等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),而病人满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]音乐放松联合保温毯能有效减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人术中应激反应,可预防低体温及相关并发症,促进病人术后康复,提高病人满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of music relaxation combined with thermal blanket on hypothermia and stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 95 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=47)according to random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing.The patients in observation group were treated with music relaxation combined with thermal blanket.The adverse emotions,stress response,hypothermia and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate,and serum cortisol in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative hypothermia,chills,infection,delayed recovery,and agitation complications in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The music relaxation combined with thermal blanket was used for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy to reduce stress response,prevent hypothermia and related complications,promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve patients′satisfaction.
