摘要
为研究不同掺合料及盐溶液对透水混凝土基本力学性能的影响,分别进行清水、氯盐和硫酸盐条件下的冻融对比试验,采用质量损失率和强度损失率评价其抗冻融破坏特性,通过矿物分析研究其破坏机理。试验结果表明:在100次清水冻融循环内,透水混凝土质量损失和强度损失呈线性增大;复掺粉煤灰、硅灰组优于单掺硅灰组及基准组;掺合料对强度损失率的改善优于对质量损失率的改善。不同盐溶液冻融后,凝胶结构表面产生不同种类的盐结晶,对复掺组透水混凝土抗冻性的影响顺序为:硫酸盐>氯盐>清水,100次冻融循环后,硫酸盐、氯盐冻融条件下透水混凝土的强度损失较清水条件下分别平均增大了64.5%、27.9%。
In order to study the effect of the mineral admixture and different salt solutions on the basic mechanical properties of pervious concrete,the freeze-thaw comparison tests under the conditions of water,chloride salt and sulphate were carried out respectively.The freeze-thaw damage characteristics were evaluated by mass loss rate and strength loss rate,and the research of the damage mechanism was studied by mineral analysis.The test results show that the mass loss and strength loss increase linearly in the 100 freeze-thaw cycles of fresh water.The composite fly ash and silica fume group is better than the single-doped silica ash group,which is better than the control group.The improvement of the strength loss rate is better than the mass loss rate by admixture.Different kinds of salt crystals are formed on the surface of the gel structure after freezing and thawing of different salt solutions.The effect of different solutions on the frost resistance of pervious concrete is:sulfate>chloride ion>clear water.The strength loss of pervious concrete under the conditions of sulphate and chloride salt are 1.64 and 1.28 times respectively under the condition of clear water after 100 freeze-thaw cycles.
