摘要
目的探讨USP14在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取225例结直肠癌患者肿瘤组织及对应的远端正常组织,采用免疫组化法检测USP14表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数间的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中USP14表达显著高于正常组织(χ^2=11.62,P<0.05),USP14表达情况与患者性别(χ^2=0.205,P=0.651)、年龄(χ^2=1.274,P=0.259)、远处转移(χ^2=0.739,P=0.390)、TNM分期(χ^2=3.082,P=0.079)无显著相关。生存分析发现,USP14阳性表达患者的平均生存时间(63.78个月,95%CI:57.37~70.19)明显短于USP14阴性表达患者(83.09个月,95%CI:75.40~90.78,P=0.003)。COX比例风险回归分析表明,USP14表达(HR=2.213,P=0.002)和TNM分期(HR=3.237,P=0.000)可作为结直肠癌患者的独立预后因素。结论USP14在结直肠癌发展中发挥重要作用,USP14表达是结直肠癌患者的独立预后因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of USP14 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The tumor tissues of 225 patients with colorectal cancer and the corresponding distal normal tissues were selected.The expression of USP14 was detected by immunohistochemistry and the relationship between the expression of USP14 and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed.Results USP14 expression was significantly upregulated in colorectal cancer tissues than the corresponding distal normal tissues(χ^2=11.62,P<0.05).The result revealed that there was no significant difference between USP14 expression and clinicopathological characteristics,including patient gender(χ^2=0.205,P=0.651),patient age(χ^2=1.274,P=0.259),distant metastasis(χ^2=0.739,P=0.390)and TNM stage(χ^2=3.082,P=0.079).The mean survival time of patients with positive expression of USP14(63.78 months,95%CI:57.37-70.19)was significantly shorter than that of patients with negative expression of USP14(83.09 months,95%CI:75.40-90.78,P=0.003).Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that USP14 expression(HR=2.213,P=0.002)and TNM staging(HR=3.237,P=0.000)were independent prognostic factors for colorectal cancer patients.Conclusion USP14 expression plays an important role in colorectal cancer and it is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.
