Fe-Ti-LDHs层状双金属材料的制备及表征

摘要 为了解决传统制备方法在制备新型Fe-Ti-LDHs层状双金属材料存在着表征粗糙度高的问题,对制备方法进行优化设计.准备电极材料、功能膜材料、催化材料等所需的制备试剂和原料,安装材料的制备仪器装置,选用成核晶化隔离方法作为制备的合成方法,按照制备的工艺流程分别对催化剂、Fe离子溶液和Ti离子溶液进行制备;从X射线衍射、红外光谱和层间排列三个角度进行表征验证实验,并得出结论:使用设计制备方法比传统方法制备出的材料表征粗糙度低7.2%,材料性能更稳定. In order to solve the problem of high characterization roughness of new Fe-Ti-LDHs layered bimetallic materials prepared in traditional means,the preparation method was optimized.Firsitly,the reagents and raw materials needed such as electrode materials,functional membrane materials and catalytic materials were prepared,and the preparation instruments and devices were installed,and the nucleating crystallization isolation method was adopted the synthesis.Finally,the catalysts,Fe ion solutions and Ti ion solutions were prepared according to the preparation process.The characterization and verification experiments were carried out from three aspects of X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and interlayer arrangement,and it was concluded that the design and preparation method were better than the traditional for the characterization roughness of the material prepared herein was 7.2%lower,and the properties of the material were more stable.
