摘要
在我国社会主义市场经济快速发展的大背景下,食品安全逐渐成为行业相关人员与社会大众关注的焦点。食品质量、食品安全关系到人民群众的身体健康、生命安全,但受到食品种类不断丰富、某些质量安全管理环节存在严重不适应性等因素的影响,整个食品行业的安全形势严峻。本文从检测技术的标准化入手,分析促进食品安全水平提升的策略。
Under the background of the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy,food safety has gradually become the focus of attention of relevant people in the industry and the public.Food quality and food safety are related to the health and safety of the people.However,due to the continuous enrichment of food types and serious incompatibility problems in certain quality and safety management links,the safety level of the entire food industry is still facing severe conditions.This paper started with the standardization of detection technology and analyzeed strategies to promote the improvement of food safety.
