气相色谱法测定饲料中9种香味剂含量的研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验建立了饲料中9种香味剂乙酸异戊酯、乙基麦芽酚、肉桂醛、大茴香脑、γ-壬内酯、肉桂酸甲酯、香兰素、乙基香兰素、桃醛的气相色谱测定法。结果表明,9种香味剂在5.00~500 g·mL^-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.999,添加浓度为20、50、100、200、500、1 000 mg·kg^-1,进行加标回收试验,表明在添加上述6个不同浓度,其回收率为70.1%~117.5%,重复性RSD最大的为11.4%,具有较高的准确性和重现性。方法的检测限为20 mg·kg^-1,定量限为50 mg·kg^-1。经方法学验证,本方法灵敏度高,简便、准确、快速,适用于饲料中香味剂类药物的检测。 A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of nine flavoring agents in feed,including isoamyl acetate,ethyl maltol,cinnamaldehyde,anise,gamma-nonyllactone,methyl cinnamate,vanillin,ethyl vanillin and peach aldehyde.The result showed that nine flavoring agents showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5.00-500 g·mL^-1.The correlation coefficient r was greater than or equal to 0.999.The standard recovery test was carried out with the addition concentration of 20,50,100,200,500 and 1 000 mg·kg^-1.The results showed that the recovery rate was higher with the addition of the six different concentrations mentioned above.70.1%-117.5%and 11.4%of repetitive RSD,respectively,have high accuracy and reproducibility.The detection limit was 20 mg·kg^-1 and the quantitative limit was 50 mg·kg^-1.The method was proved to be specific,simple,accurate and rapid,and suitable for the determination of aromatics in feed.
