大兴安岭南部山地药用苔藓植物多样性 被引量:6

Diversity of Medicinal Bryophytes in the Southern Greater Khingan Mountains

摘要 为了进一步了解药用苔藓植物的分布规律及生物多样性,本研究以大兴安岭南部山地6个自然保护区8种生境的药用苔藓植物为研究对象,对药用苔藓植物物种组成和潜在的药用价值进行系统梳理和多样性分析。结果表明:6个自然保护区收集到34种药用苔藓植物,隶属于21科、28属;8种生境中药用苔藓物种种类由高到低依次为湿润土生>湿润石生>混交林下>干燥石生>干燥土生>木生>水生>云杉林下;8种生境中,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数,Simpson优势度指数,Margalef丰富度,Pielous种间均匀度指数最高分别为湿润土生药用苔藓(2.733),湿润土生药用苔藓(0.905),云杉林下药用苔藓(238.339),混交林下药用苔藓(0.420);长尖匐灯藓(Plagiomnium cuspidatum)在6个自然保护区中均有分布,而黄牛毛藓(Ditrichum pallidum)、深绿绢藓(Entodon luridus)、桧叶金发藓(Polytrichum juniperinum)、波叶仙鹤藓(Atrichum undulatum)、东亚万年藓(Climacium japonicum)、梨蒴珠藓(Bartramia pomiformis)仅分布于1个自然保护区。本研究初步结论表明,大兴安岭南部山地药用苔藓种类分布与生境存在依存关系,其生态系统具有较明显的过渡性质,保护过渡区域药用苔藓植物资源具有重要意义。 In order to further understand the distribution and biodiversity of medicinal bryophytes, this research studied the medicinal bryophytes of eight habitats in six nature reserves in the southern Greater Khingan Mountains,and studied the systematic combing and diversity analysis of the species composition and potential medicinal value of medicinal bryophytes. The results showed that 34 medicinal bryophytes were collected from 6 nature reserves,belonging to 21 families and 28 genera. The medicinal moss species in the 8 habitats were from moist soil born >wet stone born >under mixed forest >dry stone born >dry soil born >wood born >Aquatic >under spiral forest;Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Simpson dominance index, Margalef richness, Pielous interspecies uniformity index in the eight habitats were the highest wet medicinal moss(2.733), moist soil medicinal moss(0.905), medicinal moss under the spruce forest(238.339), medicinal moss under the mixed forest(0.420);Plagiomnium cuspidatum distributed in 6 nature reserves, while Ditrichum pallidum, Entodon luridus, Polytrichum juniperinum, Atrichum undulatum, Climacium japonicum, Bartramia pomiformis is only found in one nature reserve. The preliminary conclusions of this study indicate that there is a dependence on the distribution of medicinal moss species in the southern Greater Khingan Mountains, and its ecosystem has obvious transitional nature. It is of great significance to protect the medicinal bryophyte resources in the transitional area.
